Real estate consultant SVN Romania was appointed the exclusive agent of luxury residential project Allegra, located on Erou Iancu Nicolae Street, bordering Baneasa Forest, with the construction being set to begin next week.
Allegra will be one of the most exclusive real estate projects on the local market, bringing together only seven apartments in a boutique residential building structured on four levels. Each residence will have a total area of at least 150 square meters and will consist of three bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, closed kitchens, at least one dressing room, terraces and private gardens with generous areas, and the penthouse located on the top floor will also include a swimming pool.
In addition to a restricted community, Allegra will offer its residents a high level of privacy, with each home benefiting from individual direct elevator access. The building will also feature nine underground parking spaces and seven storage spaces.
