  1. God, this makes me feel old. I can remember a time where my town had 3-5 video and game rental stores as a kid. Last one was Blockbuster than shut in 2015. I know that the business model was outdated, but man there was a vibe to physically browsing and finding something to watch or play over the weekend.

  2. There was a family owned one in my hometown of Geelong. And a VideoEzy up the road. Never went to VE if we could help it. Always the family owned one. Nothing quite like getting 3 for 10 or 3 for 12 to binge watch over the weekend with snacks. Was a total vibe. Kinda makes me sad to think that a new generation of people will miss out on it.
