Okay, and why exactly did you feel the need to mention this was a social housing property?
In this persons defence there is currently a couple of needle-less syringes in my kitchen window too. It for my cat’s medication. You can’t always judge someone by the contents of their windowsill
It’s been so long since I watched “Housos”.
That’s fairly standard for the majority of housing commissions places that I’ve been to. It’s pretty horrendous the conditions that some residents keep them in.
