Masoud Pezeshkian, Iran’s president, says his country will not yield to pressure from global powers during nuclear negotiations with the United States.
Reuters reported on Saturday, February 21, that Pezeshkian said world powers are attempting to force Iran to retreat, but Tehran will not surrender despite mounting challenges.
In remarks broadcast live on state television, the Iranian president stressed his country’s commitment to resistance and national unity, declaring: “Despite all the pressure, we will not bow.”
His comments come as indirect nuclear negotiations between Iran and the United States continue, with Tehran repeatedly emphasizing dialogue as the path toward a peaceful resolution.
