  1. So they going to invest the $1.3 trillion in the US like the deal said? A deal is a deal. lol

  2. This is the EU getting the boot in early. The US government is in disarray on tariffs, and it appears there’s a reasonable chance Trump’s authority to impose them might be removed by congress.

Didn’t EU put this deal on hold? Also, doesn’t the EU already have a 15% tariff imposed on them under the said deal? This statement doesn’t make any sense.

The nice thing is that this is a simultaneous attack on all countries that had negotiated better conditions with Trump, so if everyone pushes back simultaneously, we will be much stronger. He doesn’t have the same ability to pick individual fights with countries anymore after the supreme court ruling.

  5. Bro where have you been in the last year? Are you experiencing memory loss? No deal has ever been honoured. Please catch up for your own stakes.

Spoiler Alert: Trump is keeping the 15% and would do more if he could.

  6. A deal is a deal but only if both sides interpret it same way otherwise it’s just another round of negotiations

  7. Making deals with people that suffer from dementia usually brings this kind of situation. Is time for US voters to open their eyes. Read about Hitler’s life. He was also elected and supported by a majority of voters. Maybe medicall and psicological tests should be mandatory to run for elections. They do that to machine operators, train drivers, airplane pilots….

It dont make any sense what Trump does. Unless his goal is to destroy the US, then it does make sense. Starting to believe this more and more.

  9. Well remember the US Senate could remove Trump whenever they wanted to – if enough of them were prepared to impeach him – there’s certainly enough evidence to do so. But they presently choose not to, so they are equally complicit in the problems arising.

This is what to do. Just reject his edicts and leave him with his face in the sand.
Clever EU! They really are beginning to get assertive! I am proud of them!

It should have been fairly obvious that negotiating anything with him was a waste of time. Should have played hard ball.

  12. Canada and Europe should join hands with Japan, SK, and AU-NZ and just say “enough of this shit”.

  13. Once again, stop trying to make deals with Trump. Stop trying to make deals with the US. They will not be respected.

Out of everything, the economy needs predictability and stability. This is worse than a kid playing a sim game. I don’t even know if the US wants 10% or 15% as of today.

  15. A deal is a deal – except when you’re dealing with Trump. Even these new tariffs are subject to Congressional authorization past 150 days, which he will never get.
