Today I submitted an investment declaration under Art. 50 from VAT in the NRA for the first time. I have outlined a guideline to make it easier for me to submit it next year. I’m sharing it if anyone needs it or has someone more knowledgeable here to tell me if I’ve missed something

The guide is for those using Interactive Brokers, but it also shows the steps in the NRA, so others may still need it.

I would be glad if there was an accountant in the room to take a look and tell me if I missed something to fix it.

EDIT:
btw, it became interesting to me that each purchase (investment) must be declared with date and price. And I thought that hardly the people who invest actively do this. It sounds like a nightmare to me to have to enter every single investment in the past year. If anyone has experience with this please share. In this case, I use the date of the first purchase and the quantity for the year.
