Opposite the square, there is also the central bus station, If in Romania the square in the center of a city is usually a well-organized Old Center, e.g. Palas Mall from Iași or Iulius Town Timișoara, why don’t we have a leisure center in Chisinau as in Romania, where the Industrial Halls can be utilized in some useful space because the central lands are more and more expensive, according to some older projects where the Car Station wanted to be relocated, and in its place it was wanted to build a multi-storey car park with over 1,400 spaces. According to the then general mayor of the capital, Dorin Chirtoacă,.
