[OC] Visualising collaborations between researchers using publication data – I built a site that let’s anyone map out a researcher’s co-authorship network
Looks good, but even with orc id, there are a lot of mismatching connections due to people with the same name.

Even with a few data quality issues, which are probably inevitable given the messiness of identification, this is a really awesome concept and good execution. Actual beautifuldata, and good use of interactive filtering.
Can your framework handle clustering co-co-authors, so those co-authors who published together are close to each other?
Maybe it’s because of the mobile interface, but I couldn’t grok if I can navigate my view across co-authors.
