The World Trade Center (WTC) Yerevan is a $212 million, 123,000-square-meter, net-zero mixed-use development set to rise on Saryan Street in Armenia. Developed by Renshin LLC in a public-private partnership, it will feature modern offices, a hotel, and exhibition space, with completion expected by 2027.
