So because besides giving paper for developing new buildings main point is take money for that paper and didn’t calculate resources!
Last year in summer when we supposed to have water 24/7 we have some outages for days, I just don’t want to imagine how it should be.

Residing in a neighborhood where there are some dozen richer people with swimming pools in the summer there is constantly low water pressure due to (re)filling their pools using the main water pipe.
Because of it the whole street has to use water pumps which worsen the whole situation.
They usually show compation and fill their pools after 21:00.
Now I guess they will do it during the day 😀
Edit: What I want to say is, they should continue using the main water supply and no one should ask any questions.

Destroy the economy?
Every summer, it’s common to see central neighborhoods with no water and electricity. We’ve gotten used to it. And the amount of damage it causes the “economy” is insane. All the restaurants and cafes can’t serve cause of this. Maybe this new schedule will fix that problem?
Would’ve been nice if they made the midnight deadline 1 or 2 am.

The government is planning to spend huge sums of money on projects like renovating Komitas street, or subsidizing flights to bring more tourists, while we and tourists will have to accept african standards of living because water pipes are leaky.
This should be treated as an emergency. We should not allow spending money on any project until water pipe renovation completed. They can even nationalize veolia jur the way they did to elictrical system, if needed.
