The man shouting at jews in golders green kosher supermarket about israel while trying to stab them got a suspended sentence, 2 years. Hopefully that judge gets investigated too as the judicial system is certainly not appearing impartial.
Wow nice, can’t believe he’s kept his job. Whether he deliberately liked the post isn’t the half of it, he’s become literally infamous within the circles he’s known to hold a bias. Anything Islamic or Anti Semitic he doesn’t give a crap about, whilst he despises police officers. His sentences consistently reflect this, to the point that I’ve repeatedly predicted this guy being the judge just on reading the news headline the last couple times.
When people actually know a judge by name and don’t expect a fair sentence based on what subset of society they’re in, that judge needs to go.
This sub loves to scream about investigating judges whenever there’s a sentence they don’t agree with, but in this case it might be justified.
Well, he was awarded a CBE for “judicial diversity” so I’m guessing we’re seeing that diversity at play now.

How tf does he still have his job? Do standards for the judiciary not exist?
His bias is well known by this point, surely that means his rulings are unsafe?
He should be fired and every case he’s ruled on should be re-tried. The judiciary needs far more accountability, judges and magistrates are basically untouchable.
