BHRT, a state-level institution, the only broadcaster member of the European Broadcasting Union (ERU/EBU), in principle the most powerful institution of its kind, is — like a bunch of other state personnel — on the verge of collapse.
The infrastructure of BHTR was used, among many others, by the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Post-war corruption (and the same management), involvement of parties, non-broadcasting of desired programs, huge debts… Everything led to this.
I consider it unnecessary to go into detail about the RTV tax, laws, methods of payment, maintenance, etc. Although I could say a lot about it.
That’s why I’ll go straight to the most important.
Today’s focus is the RTRS debt of >104 million KM, which it does not pay to BHRT. Those same debts of BHRT, which of course cannot pay. Suddenly, every political party is responding to save her, and half of them are responding only to earn civic points before October.
Of all the internal and external problems that BHRT has had so far (and many of them), the most incredible is that BHRT, a state-level institution, is falling on its knees for the entity-level institution, RTRS.
RTRS is politically used and controlled. A more detailed description is not necessary.
Shutting down state-owned companies, factories, FBiH paying RS’s debts, public calls for and direct disobedience of the law… This should truly be considered a coup d’état.
Arming and using institutions for the purpose of destroying one of them.
They are there to educate, entertain, and inform the people of a post-war country…
For politicians in such high positions to do the same things in the most developed countries of Europe, this would be considered treason.
Instead of cooperation between entities, development of science and industry, joint strengthening… So much has been lost, blood has been spilled. And now politics is again in a state only for such attacks.
From the War until now, Bosnia and Herzegovina could develop, unify or divide as it wanted, and all in good ways. Instead, politics destroyed and robbed everything that was.
BHRT, along with Defense, Police, OSA, SIPA, the Presidency — and what else is politically related — is the most important institution that the state can have. Shutting down broadcasting in the middle of war means shutting down information to the entire population of the country. That’s why she was attacked.
"Okay, so that’s just shut down today. Not tomorrow, for sure. Certainly no one watches uninteresting programs…"
I am not calling for any hatred or mockery. I am not saying that any Entity is bad or good. The following is also important to me.
Maybe someone doesn’t like the facts: they were born and/or live in BiH, work and pay taxes, BiH citizenship and passport, studied here, BiH plates…
It’s all okay to not like, and even hate the whole country if you want, honestly. Everyone has such freedom.
But this kind of weaponization of the system, and attacks, are a direct coup d’état. Those who are in high positions, and lead this kind of policy, have a negative impact on all citizens.
The very idea "state" is about togetherness.
If I’m going to talk about politicians:
Whoever of them promotes any kind of hatred towards part of the population;
Whoever calls for sudden secession and disobeying the laws of the state and its procedures;
Whoever is not in a state to maintain peace;
Whoever aims at chaos, war;
whoever directly attacks the state and its institutions;
Whoever exploits the system for his personal monetary gain, while the population barely survives; (And a million more lines like this)
He/she should be treated as a coup d’état case.
And this, today, is the failure of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina to protect one of its most vital institutions.

Cekam Trojku sa “naslijedili smo 30 godina rada SDA, sad se halalite i sa drzavnom TV” argumentom
Herr Schmidt na odmoru. Da je ovo kojim slucajem RTV HB, djelovao bi vjerovatno u sekundi.
Drzava Bosna i Hercegovina, tj opstina jedna u Kantonu Sarajevo mom dajdzi, zatoceniku koncentracionog logora Manjaca, je oduzela imovinu od vrijednosti 150 hiljada KM, ono sto nisu ni cetnici uradili. Mani se ovog, nije ova drzava nikom prijatelj.
Ovo nije neki izolovani incident i presedan radio-televizije, ovo je još jedan dokaz da ova država **ne može** da funkcioniše na ovaj način na koji smo do sada mislili da je funkcionisala. RT je samo vidljiva posljedica toga, a isto se vidjelo i kada SIPA nije mogla da po nalogu tužilaštva uhapsi Milorada Dodika.
Dakle ovom narodu mora da postane jasno da model funkcionisanja gdje mi imamo neke *državne* institucije koje čine tri konstituenta a gdje neki od njih ne žele da te institucije funkcionišu i postoje, ne može da opstane. Model gdje neki od tih konstituenata imaju mehanizam da opstruiraju rad tih institucija ali ne postoji način da za to snose odgovornost je unaprijed osuđen na sigurnu propast i nema mu nikakvog spasa!
U samom početku, zapad je kao projekat uzeo da riješi ovo pitanje kroz mehanizme poput OHR, stranih sudija i sl. pa se spolja nije vidjelo da stvari ispod ne funkcionišu. Ali kad su shvatili da to neće riješiti problem, samo su digli ruke i otišli, a sistem je počeo da se raspada čemu svjedočimo upravo.
Zato, nama sada ne treba da naša vlast uleti sada sa 22 miliona naših maraka da plati taj dug, da se ovaj mrtvac nastavi održavati u životu do nekog sljedećeg duga kad ćemo opet kukati i plaćati ih iz budžeta, a da mi za to vrijeme nastavimo živjeti u našem imaginarnom svijetu odvojenom od realnosti gdje je to zapravo i dalje neka važna državna televizija koju gledaju svi građani ove države, iako nam je jasno da je kao takvu percipira samo jedan od 3 naroda.
A ta percepcija je mnogo važnija od toga u čijem je ona formalno vlasništvu, jer ona postoji radi tih građana a ne radi države kao aparata. Ako je oni kao takvu ne doživljavaju onda ona za njih ne predstavlja takvu instituciju a iz toga onda proizilazi da ne žele ni da je plaćaju – dakle ona to suštinski nije.
Ono što umjesto toga nama treba jeste da probijemo taj naš mjehur u kojem je sve inače u redu samo se s vremena na vrijeme dogode ovakvi incidenti koji su rješivi i prolazni. Gdje problemi sa kojima se susrećemo nisu strukturni i suštinski nego neka irelevantna posljedica nekih političara koji to zapravo ne misle nego samo pričaju priče da regrutuju biračko tijelo.
A nakon toga, da se ujedinimo, da osnažimo vlastitu poziciju i da onda kao konstituent koji je relevantan faktor redefinišemo sistem funkcionisanja države kao **recipročni** odnos sva tri konstituenta. Tek tada možemo da imamo jake državne institucije i medije koji će biti stabilni. Ako umjesto toga nastavimo da se pravimo da je *sve zapravo u redu samo nas Dodik, Bakir i Čović zavađaju* doći ćemo u situaciju kada će sistem doživjeti totalni kolaps a mi tada više nećemo biti u situaciji kao sada da zaštitimo sebe i državu. Zato trgnimo se dok je još vrijeme.
