How the US Judiciary Commission report was instrumentalized to delegitimize the EU and Romania – DFT analysis (Part II)

In this analysis we examine how the US House Judiciary Committee report was used as a narrative vector to support accusations of “electoral interference” and “undermining democracy” against the EU and Romania.

The data indicate:

• +12.525% increase in engagement in a very short interval

• over 90% redistributed content (minimum original content)

• temporal synchronization and reuse of discursive frames

• patterns compatible with TTPs from DISARM (T003, T0049, T0060)

The analysis compares the English and Romanian ecosystems and highlights the cultural adaptation of the same narratives.
