If you are a seller in Merrjep, beware of scammers who contact you. I’m usually careful in this kind of case, but once again I fell victim to a scam.
The way it works is that first the person (most likely the chatbot) contacts you and tells you that they are interested in the product for sale.
Then he says that he cannot make the payment in person, and tells you that he made the payment online.
In order for you to withdraw the money that “has been sent”, you need to click on the link that the scammer sends you, which sends you to a website that more or less looks like Merrjep, where the option to withdraw money appears, together with your product.
After you click “continue”, it asks you for the bank numbers and 1 code in SMS, which after it is done, the money will go automatically.
Be careful, don’t become a victim!
