There were broken little bits of pottery everywhere, buddy found an arrowhead, lots of possible scrap arrowheads/tools and even a metate. Non stop petroglyphs on both sides of a small ravine. Somewhere in Arizona, you will have to find it haha.

  1. Nice looks a lot like the agua fria monument glyphs- big enough of an area to take a long time to explore and never find it all which is what I enjoy. Rough roads and long hikes keep many out (and high temps, rattle snakes etc )

    And for those that don’t know – take nothing but pictures- pottery and other finds to stay in place to preserve the history

    There’s one that stands out to me as being extremely old. I would love to know just how old. There’s even a potential camelid and those went extinct in North America about 10-13,000 years ago

    There are spots like this I’ve bumped into in Utah.

    You feel pretty small looking at that kind of history
