DENMARK- A Lewis County resident is accused of felony DWI.
On Saturday afternoon, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Thomas Michael Freeman, 33, of Glenfield, NY with one felony count each of DWI (w/previous conviction within 10-years) and operation of a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC w/prior offense within 10-years).
According to Troopers, these charges were filed Saturday afternoon in the town of Denmark.
At press time, police said that Freeman was released to a third-party.
