Nordic Resources Limited, formerly Nordic Nickel Limited, holds a district-scale landholding of prospective nickel sulphide tenements in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt (CLGB) of Finland. The Company is focused on the advanced Pulju Project, where historical drilling has confirmed widespread nickel sulphide mineralization, and the earlier-stage Maaninkijoki 3 (MJ3) Project. The Pulju Project represents a district-scale 240 square kilometers land package in Finland’s Central Lapland Greenstone Belt. The MJ3 Project comprises a 30 square kilometers exploration license application and is subject to an earn-in agreement under which the Company has the right to acquire up to 75% of the project in two stages. MJ3 is prospective for both intrusive-hosted and komatiite-hosted magmatic nickel sulphide mineralization. MJ3 is in close proximity to Anglo American’s 44Mt Sakatti Ni-Cu-PGE deposit, with similar ultramafic lithologies indicating the potential for similar buried intrusive systems.
