Do you mean working as a handyman with others or self employed? Those rate are pretty accurate but it depends on your skillset.

This is a salary, meaning you’re just doing the job as opposed to a self employed person who is also looking for work, negotiating it, taking the risk etc. The cost of the provided service is quite a bit higher.
