Move to slash transport costs seen boosting profitability

TOKYO — Denmark’s Vestas, the world’s largest manufacturer of wind turbines used in offshore wind power generation, will set up a factory in Japan by fiscal 2029 to tap growing demand here and elsewhere in Asia, Nikkei has learned.
