Nuk mu duk bindes fare. Hipoteza palidhje, jo cka ish bo nese skish nise procedura.
Normal qe nese skish nise procedura kishim shku drejt ne zgjedhje, por procedura ja ka fillu, edhe kjo i ndryshon senet.
Le te presim cka po thote gjykata kushtetuese edhe pastaj dihet mire ky sen.
