This is good news. I don’t see the commercialization of space as a good thing unlike the views of the current NASA Administrator.

Europe has never built a space capsule and was 3rd partner in ISS construction. ESA also has a third of NASA budget and lacks cheap commercial launch vehicles.
A LEO space station would siphon away the budget without providing much value.
