Anyone with a brain has no doubts about the pedo in the white house’s guilt. He is probably even guilty of even more heinous crimes than we suspect.
But doesn’t a payout to a victim prove guilt?

Typical Comet acting as Trump’s defense attorney, but why would this lead to a transaction to Trump or his family? It is a payoff to a accuser/victim. Comer is grasping at straws to keep the pedos in power.

Carefully worded denial “never saw any payments TO Trump or any of his family.”
DUH because the payments go TO the victims. Not to the perpetrator.

Richard Kahn wasn’t simply Epstein’s personal accountant. On the contrary, he along with Epstein’s personal lawyer, Darren Indyke, the pair were the “indispensable captains” of Epstein’s criminal enterprise. They acted as Epstein’s bagmen, paying off and threatening victims over the years. They also circumvented anti-money laundering measures by making withdrawals of $5,000 at a time, paid to victims. Indyke also arranged same-sex marriages between victims from Eastern Europe so they wouldn’t be deported.
Kahn and Indyke directly benifited from Epstein’s will, dated August 8 2019, signed just two days before his death. The will transferred Epstein’s assets ($577 million) offshore to the US Virgin Islands, where they were placed in The 1953 Trust, likely set up the same day, beyond the reach of Epstein’s many victims. The will also made Kahn and Indyke co-executors of the estate, and are paid $250,000 per year for their role.
Kahn and Indyke then set up the victim compensation process, an arrangement fairly described as “*foxes in charge of the hen house*”. I found this notice on a US Virgin Islands newspaper website, barely four weeks after Epstein’s death. The notice was later removed, but fortunately it had been archived:
>All persons with claims against the Estate are required to present their claims within six months from the date of this Notice, verified by affidavit and accompanied by vouchers or other documentary proof justifying their claims, and all persons indebted to the Estate are required to promptly make payment to the Executors at the offices of the attorneys for the Estate set forth below or to the Clerk of the Court at the Alexander A Farrelly Justice Center, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
>Dated: September 13, 2019 ATTORNEYS FOR THE ESTATE WILLIAM L. BLUM, ESQ. CHRISTOPHER ALLEN KROBLIN, ESQ. HARI N. D’ANDRADE, ESQ. MARJORIE WHALEN, ESQ. V.I.
However, hundreds of victims ended up signing broad releases before receiving compensation. As documented in *Bensky et al. v. Indyke et al.*, victims released:
>”the Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein … and any entities or individuals who are or have ever been engaged by (whether as independent contractors or otherwise), employed by, worked in any capacity for, or provided any services to Mr. Epstein … or the Epstein Estate” from “any and all claims,” “whether now existing, hereafter existing or revived in the future,” “including without limitation any and all claims or causes of action that arise or may arise from or which otherwise concern acts of sexual abuse by Mr. Epstein..”
This provided robust legal protection to Epstein’s associates and co-conspirators, a kind of bribe (note that it’s not unusual to see this sort of liability limiting arrangement, it’s legal, but the extent of the protection the releases afforded was unusual).
Also, here’s some of Esptein’s beneficiaries:
| Beneficiary | Compensation / Benefit |
|—|—|
| Karyna Shuliak (Epstein’s Belarusian girlfriend) | $50M cash + $50M lifetime annuity + ownership of Little St. James, Great St. James, New Mexico ranch, Paris apartments, Palm Beach home, NYC townhouse + operating-expense trusts ($5M per property) + diamonds, jewelry, household goods |
| Darren Keith Indyke | $50M cash + forgiveness/repayment of all debts owed + $250k/year trustee salary |
| Richard David Kahn | $25M cash + forgiveness/repayment of all debts owed + $250k/year trustee salary |
| Ghislaine Maxwell (co-conspirator / abuser / trafficker) | $10M cash (if she survived Epstein) |
| Lawrence Paul Visoski, Jr. (pilot of the lolita express) | $10M cash + forgiveness/repayment of all debts owed |
| Mark Epstein (brother) | $10M cash (held in trust for his children) |
We see Kahn and Indyke were well taken care of. But it doesn’t stop there. The co-executors / trustees are allowed to profit from investments, sell property, deal in shares i.e. continue to run Epstein business.
Kahn and Indyke were eventually removed from controlling the victim compensation process after a hard-fought legal battle led by the Attorney General of the US Virgin Islands, Denise George, who invoked laws typically reserved for prosecuting organised crime. An independent committee now oversees the compensation process:
– **Jordana Feldman** — Independent Administrator (often referred to as Special Master). She previously served as deputy special master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund.
– **Kenneth Feinberg** — Renowned mediation attorney and Special Master who helped design the programme.
– **Camille Biros** — Claims administration expert who frequently partners with Feinberg and helped co-design the protocol.
However, many of victems signed releases before this battle was won complicating their persuit of justice. And some victims complain that the new arrangements don’t go far enough and still protect others involved.
TLDR: Kahn and Indyke, executors of the Epstein estate, seemingly devised and operated a giant bribery scheme that protected co-conspirators and no one seems to be taking about it.

This is literally the smoking gun we’ve all been waiting for. This proves his guilt. You don’t pay someone off UNLESS you are guilty, not for an accusation of THIS MAGNITUDE.
