Context: The guy in the video has created a Wikipedia-like site documenting abuse of all kinds against the normal user.
They decided they were being very clever and tried through the host of the site to take it down because they didn’t like that it was written about how they used surveillance cameras that use AI to monitor the quality of work of their employees by recording the moods of customers (for example, how many times they smiled):
