Here's the rally for Iran that the local Iranians, and supporters attended today—very friendly and chill. I'm not Iranian but everyone was welcoming and happy to chat. Several dogs and an alpaca were there. It was a pleasure to meet them.

You can’t just tell us there was an Alpaca and not include a picture of it.
I saw the alpacas at the last one. They have crazy haircuts. You’re not supposed to touch them (did ask).
Agree they’re all super chill, support them 100%.
They are just a minority, poor things
I cannot blame them for wanting a different government to the current regime. Morality aside, they seem incredibly incompetent
I cant wait for Trump to liberate iran
Can we have a protest for working class Australians standard of living dropping every day while millionaires in Australia get richer? It seems the government and media want us to take our attention away from what’s going on in our own backyard
I’m confused. Why are there American flags too? Are they for the war or against?
As an Iranian-Australian living in Brisbane, and someone who strongly opposes the Iranian regime, I want to make it clear that the people you’re seeing do not represent the majority of us.
Many Iranians in the diaspora do not support waving Israeli or American flags, particularly given the history of foreign interference in Iran, the division of iran Israel and US are seeking to steal its resources, and the harm caused to innocent civilians, including children.
Just because a small group is loud and visible does not mean they speak for everyone. Most Iranians simply want freedom, dignity and a better future for their country.
Unfortunately, some of the people who present themselves as voices for Iran do not demonstrate a real understanding of democratic values. Replacing one form of authoritarian thinking with another will not lead to a better outcome for Iran or its people.
I can’t even imagine publicly rallying to support the murder of hundreds of school girls from my homeland, by two genocidal, imperialist regimes run by paedophiles, let alone supporting it in private. Sick freaks.
If they love iran so much give them a free ticket to iran and tear up citizenship.
Normally Australians have no love for countries that attack us on our own soil.
Not these traitors
Rallying in favour of a despotic theocracy
How do I get involved?
Diasparoid moment.
It’s easy to call for more bombs when you *aren’t* being killed by them.
Diaspora have the luxury of calling for regime change, because they don’t have to live through thr bloodshed it requires.
This is not a pro-Mullahs comment either, the regime is evil, but these “protesters” are out of touch.
Any protest waving yank flags in Australia makes me immediately suss
That’s bizarre, I was in the city for several hours today and there was a St Patrick’s day parade that ran through several streets for a long time and I didn’t see or hear any of this Iran rally.
Are these protestors for or against the current islamic regime that has oppressed the people of Iran?
Anyone supporting Iran should be forced to give there for 6 months and learn (for the first time) what they stand for. No one who has lived there would ever support them and these fucktards who wave their flag have no clue about life
