How would the injured supreme leader be flown out of Iran exactly ? Israel and US have full control over the Iranian airspace. Scheduled commercial flights in Iran are not currently operating in any way.

Pretty rich that a team of Iranian doctors supposedly accompanied him to work alongside his doctors in Russia yet Iranian doctors and nurses who dared to try and treat injured protesters were themselves beaten, tortured and imprisoned.
