LONDON, March 18 (Reuters) – Spanish liquid storage company Exolum is to invest 240 million pounds ($320 million) in Britain, the UK government said on Wednesday, setting out commercial ties with Spain during a trip to Madrid by finance minister Rachel Reeves.
