I bought a plane ticket through Kiwi.com because I’m an idiot. It was almost cheaper than buying direct. The trip was to Krakow with Wizz Air. There was a text in an email I received that you might have to pay a fee to check in on your flight pass.
I therefore tried to check in via the car, but that check-in closed 4 hours before departure. It ended up that I had to pay NOK 550 per traveler, and that they could not guarantee a place on the plane because I checked us in so late and the plane was overbooked with 20 people.
It should be said that we came along, but kiwi.com is on my blacklist, and I would recommend that you order directly from the airline.
I know this is all my fault because I’m gullible and blue-eyed, but because…
We made it to Krakow and back home, but the irritation remains.

I’ve used kiwi before, and had no issues. One thing is when you use these travel booking sites, you have to be smart and obtain the airline ticket reference number asap by clicking on the booking details. This way you can have the ticket in the airline app and check in on the airline app. We’ve all done it once, but not twice 😁
This has to do with wizz air, not kiwi. Wizz air specifically says during ticket purchase process that online check-in is free, at the airport it is not.
Never fly with someone who almost has “jizz” in their name.
