Was tracing my childhood aversion of cartoons and unlocked a core memory: About 96% sure I watched “De grote boze wolf show” when I was really little (1½-2 y.o.) It was aired here in Germany in 2001-2002. Anyone else grew up with this show in Belgium and were you as absolutely terrified as I was?

oh yeah I remember, was never really scared of it though but I think I was a bit older than 2 by the time I first saw it so that probably explains it
yeah. i am also looking for a (i think French) cartoon with kids with spiked hair a bit like rugrats but before rugrats.

This is the GOAT of children series.
My little brother used to watch it, i was already an adult. Every time it aired, I sat down and watched it with him. I loved it, it was so absurd, it got me in tears 😂

I grew up on this show since it was one of the few shows my parents endorsed, much like Kulderzipken or het Liegebeest. Gotta be honest, remains an amazing series as an adult now that my parents let their grandkids binge-watch this.

I remember a show but I don’t know if it was this one… there was this song that I still remember ‘verboden, gevaarlijk, verplicht..’
The gnomes were really weird (smoke comes from their nostrils).
Other than that, I absolutely loved this show. I’m a big sucker for muppets tho
I don’t know why but i have still bad feelings about Alfred Jodocus Kwak. Stumbled on that intro again a few years ago and instant got a discomfort feeling

I found Liegebeest even worse. It’s soo old everything looks bland and creepy.
