    COURTHOUSE,
March 18 –Two defendants – and
mother then her son – were
    charged with drugs crimes and
brought in for a bail fight on
March 18 in the U.S. District
    Court for the Southern
    District of New York
    Magistrates Court. Inner City
    Press was there.

    The mother was
    released on consent, with GPS
    monitoring.

    But on the son,
Judge Cave said she wanted the
defense to try to propose by
    Friday another place from
their client to live, since he
    is accused of engaging in
    crimes with his mother.

      The
    prosecutor emphasize that he
    has traveled to Montenegro,
noting that the US has a 1902
    extradition treaty with (then)
    Serbia, still applicable to
    Montenegro, but “it is not
    easy.” See, e.g., Do Kwon).

       The
son will be back on Friday at
    2:30 pm.

    The case is USA
    v. Muniz, et al., 1:26-mj0837
