      Having grown up in that place I’m surprised someone didn’t try to shoot or eat it

      Maybe the cat was just surprised by the cold temperatures. Slippered on a frozen puddle and felt into a bucket of color standing nearby.
      Man. Dont make a crime out of every accident.
