Latvian innovation consultancy Helve has announced it is merging with Lithuanian management consultancy Civitta.

“Joining forces with Civitta is a natural and exciting evolution for Helve… We bring a high-tech, agile edge to the group, while Civitta provides the global footprint that allows us to take our clients from initial innovation scouting all the way to international market expansion,” said Līva Pērkone, the founder of Helve, who now joins Civitta as an Associate Partner.

“Latvia is an important market for us, and we want to continue developing our services here. Helve’s hands-on, tech-first approach makes them a great fit, and together we can combine our international network with their local expertise,” said Adam Saulius Vaina, Civitta Group CEO.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Civitta is a management consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe with over 750 employees and encompasses more than 30 different legal entities in more than 20 countries. It was originally started in Lithuania in 2013 under the name Mediapark.
