  1. Good…this was nothing more than thinly veiled anti semitism and intimidation. Long overdue from this disgusting crowd

Israel is being run by an insane, out of control government that is sewing destruction throughout the Middle East for their own expansionist ends. And there are a lot of people who would like to cynically use Jewish people as a shield against criticism of thier actions. The truth is there are many Jewish people who are among their most vocal critics. It’s up to every protest movement who are for Palestinian freedom to make this distinction.

They can only be there for one reason and we all know what it is. This is a reasonable check on their freedom to protest.

  4. It only took them running around with images of Jews as rats and demons to get this protest isolated to the corner.

Make no mistake they will still be yelling at random Jews to go back to Europe, but they won’t be allowed to do it on random people’s driveways.

That this racist bullshit is still ongoing years later is a blight on the TPS and the government.

  5. They recently announced Eid celebration in the same parking lot. Thinly veiled attempt to circumvent the police order.

People confuse being Zionist and pro Isreal with being Jewish. Protests should target the problem, and that’s not being Jewish.

Only took like 2 years. A lot of these people aren’t regular protesters, they are extremists and have shown themselves to be violent.

So, with some protestors being, rightfully, criticized for confusing Israel with Jews in general, doesn’t this decision commit the same logical error?

  9. I understand and respect why this is being banned as protests are a weekly event in Vancouver. The cause and reason for protests make sense too.

My concern is that protesting is in our Charter of Rights and once they begin making rules around this I worry we simply will not be allowed to protest at some point.

Not like Canadians are protesting Canadian issues, but it may become handy as we plunder into poverty.

  10. It’s funny how Ford and the police take action in these cases but couldn’t be bothered to help downtown Ottawa.

I don’t understand the point of protesting here.

You need to go there in that country and do whatever.

Palestine brigade, khalistanis and whosoever, please protest in those countries and not in canada.

After two years of ongoing harassment and hate, the Toronto Police Service finally pulls their thumbs out of their asses.

Mayor Chow will override this. Banning anti Israeli protestors, anti Iranian regime protestors will not be allowed within Toronto. Absolutely ridiculous to think the Toronto police enforce common sense

About time they started doing their fucking jobs…only took them 2 and a half years…
