The Historic Bryggen District In Bergen

I still remember the smell of (true) sea from when I visited. So different from the Mediterranean.

Pictures 3, 4 and 5 are of the hotel built in the 1980s. I am older than those buildings, they are not historic. Take note of how crooked the older buildings are. That is because when they were building the hotel the ruined the ground so it began to sink and we are today, almost 50 years later, still fixing the damage done when building the hotel in the 1980s.
