It should be noted this base was handed over to the Iraqi military in 2011 and hosts both the Iraqi military as well as the State Departments diplomatic support facilities, particularly the BDSC (Baghdad diplomatic support center) which provides logistics, aviation, and life-support services for personnel associated with the US embassy in Baghdad. So more than likely this is either an Iraqi helicopter or a BDSC helicopter. The radar was an AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel which is apart of a NASAMS battery which means its probably a US operated unit
