Boutique leisure airline Beond has unveiled its expanded winter 2026 schedule, introducing new routes and increased capacities between Europe and the Maldives.
The carrier will launch flights from Paris and London to Malé on 15 and 16 December 2026, respectively. While bookings are now open, services remain subject to government approval. The routes will be operated on Beond’s all-business class Airbus fleet, using 44-seat A319 and 68-seat A321 aircraft.
Beond is also adding capacity on existing routes, with three weekly flights to Zurich and two to Munich from Malé, to meet rising demand amid travel disruptions caused by ongoing regional tensions in the Middle East. Flights from Milan to the Maldivian capital will also continue to operate as scheduled.

Founder and CEO of Beond, Tero Taskila, said: “As we move through the summer season, we are actively aligning capacity with evolving situations to ensure efficient deployment across our network. This flexibility in our model allows us to optimise performance in the near-term while positioning the airline for continued growth during the peak winter season.”
These expansions support Beond’s broader strategy to enter new markets and adjust operations according to seasonal demand. With these changes, the airline’s network grows to nine destinations, with plans to double services to 18 cities across Europe and Asia, including a recently launched route linking Europe and Red Sea International (RSI) in Saudi Arabia.
Elsewhere in the Middle East, Beond is planning to launch a premium airline service in Bahrain, and base up to 10 aircraft at the hub by 2030. The airline also plans to develop training programmes for pilots, cabin crew, engineers and ground staff through simulators and dedicated maintenance facilities.
