Why would it cut off the second it hits the plane? I’ll wait for something more conclusive.

Both angles show the same hit pattern, so maybe? Small dark puff of smoke behind the aircraft

Btw the IRGC claimed the jet crashed in the Indian ocean

Interesting, quite odd cuts in the video. Especially if it was a good hit why cut so deliberately?
If it does turn out to be true I hope the pilot and crew is safe.

okay…. so a PERFECT angle of a hit, but the video SUDDENLY cuts out directly after impact?? imho that’s a telltale sign of editing deception…. why stop filming?? especially when the first camera had a PERFECT shot to keep watching it for any signs of failure/ BDA…
there HAD TO BE plenty more video as no one would stop filming at that exact moment… it was even banking TOWARDS the camera, so it wouldve been a perfect shot of battle damage in frame… unlike the second camera which the jet was heading away from.
and that last min bank away from the missile trajectory might’ve saved that jet tbh. he cut HARD angle away from the missiles nose, probably taking minimal shrapnel damage. as the first video wouldve shown much more debris from the impact.
edit: and that’s a their larger AA missile, and not regular igla. as you can barely see those mid air at that distance. this looks like the Iranian “laser guided AA missile” that’s struck other aircraft / drones…. so not seeing immediate flames / fuselage damage prob means it took a partial hit.

Chinese manpads are starting to make their way into Iran.

UPDATE: Centcom has come out and explicitly denied the truth of this video and Irans subsequent claims, the only option for this to be true is if the video is a fake made with visual effects as the video does not exist from any other conflict as I can tell.
I think this post should stay up as we can’t just take centcom as fact especial considering they have been wrong in the past

F/A-18’s have been spotted several times already flying low gun runs over Chabahar, so that part tracks. But this doesn’t look like a missile hit. Looks like it may have been shot *at* and successfully evaded, and the video is deceptively edited to make it seem like a hit instead.
Iran is claiming the aircraft was shot down. CENTCOM is already officially denying that.
