Imagine if liberals, nationals or….ugh..one nation was in power.

Giant douche or a Turd sandwich

  2. We need to look after each other. Our government won’t help us.

I can’t believe I just wrote that but fuck it, it’s true.

    Iran deserves zero support too.
They have been exporting terrorism to Australia.

Israel is apparently raining fire on Lebanon. A recognised war crime. Is it still a crime in Australia to call this out?

Can someone please explain how the bleeding hearts can call out israel and usa and say there is a genocide and murder, but not call out iran for murdering its own people for protesting? I genuinely dont understand?

Weird didn’t Albo condemn Israel, hence why Bibi has been having a tantrum, and didn’t Trump just Twitter he doesn’t need Australia as we haven’t helped out in Iran.

Lastly, is it really Australia’s job to police the world?

  7. That whole visit has pretty sour “I have in my hand a piece of paper” vibes. You have to think the events since then have cemented Minns’ and Albo’s place in the less flattering parts of the history books.

  8. Please tell me where this petrol station is? $3/litre for diesel is a bargain right now

Seriously, this? This gets upvotes? It’s not even good satire. I think the government has been pissweak on Israel and the U.S., but this doesn’t even do a good job of characterising the way in which they’re pissweak. We should expect better from our government and from satirists.

  10. PM’s support of Israel/US is 80% at most. If it were 100% we’d have boots on the ground.

Really. Isn’t it obvious that the Australian government doesn’t support the American and Israeli actions in the Middle East but because they want a friendly posture with the Americans next democratic administration they are being chill knowing there are thousands of non-elected government workers that will carry over from administrations so by not burning the bridge with America we make our lives easier when they elect democrats in 2026 and 2028.

Got a friend who moved there from the UK she sent me a picture of the pump $233 Australian to fill her jeep. Same price as us in the uk £120

I’m assuming that $3/l is the average price, not the highest price, yes…? If not, what’s the average…? The highest price up here is 225p (433¢)/l in Tralee (all the most expensive places are in Scotland). According to the RAC’s FuelWatch, the current average price for a litre of diesel up here is 175.73p (339¢) and 180.59p (348¢) average for motorway servos.

~~I doubt there are many servos in the UK where diesel is 156p/l~~. If that’s average, you’ve got it sweet down there.

Turns out there are quite a few, with the lowest price being 116p (223¢) in Stratford-upon-Avon.

But, on average, we’ve got it worse.

Oh so now we care about Iranian lives? Were we counting when they were being massacred by the tens of thousands?

  16. Israel increasing aggressions in Gaza and West Bank while complaining about being attacked. These people have no conscience.

  17. When you look at 90s Albo vs now it’s hard not to see the inherent propensity of the political machine to morally compromise our decision makers (and the general public w the help of mass Murdoch media).

  18. Australia recognised Palestine as a state 6 months ago, and just recently opposed Israel’s attempted occupation of Lebanon. The government in nowhere near as supportive of Israel as this comic suggests.

Not sure why this is going up here, nobody in this comment section is allowed to actually say what they think we should do about Israel.
