Not a problem. He’ll get instant American citizenship now that he has proof he’s a nazi.

**The European Parliament has again stripped Polish far-right MEP Grzegorz Braun of his immunity, clearing the way for Polish authorities to prosecute him on several charges including Holocaust denial.**

The Polish prosecutor’s office requested that Braun have his [legal protection removed](https://tvpworld.com/89991087/far-right-polish-mep-grzegorz-braun-stripped-of-immunity) in relation to two cases.

First, for alleged Holocaust denial after the politician claimed in a radio interview that “Auschwitz with its gas chambers is unfortunately a fake”.

He also faces charges related to the destruction of Ukrainian, EU and LGBT+ flags in the lower house of Poland’s parliament, the Sejm.

Polish MEP Krzysztof Śmiszek of the New Left commented that Parliament had “no doubts” about granting both requests, stating: “[Anti-Semitism](https://tvpworld.com/91992299/tom-rose-hits-out-at-grzegorz-braun-for-khamenei-condolences), violence, and discrimination are not European values.

“Now it’s time for the Polish prosecutor’s office and swift court action,” he added.

Braun has already had his European parliamentary immunity waived in connection to other charges, including turning a fire extinguisher on Hanukkah candles in Poland’s parliament, and assaulting a gynaecologist in the southwestern town of Oleśnica.

The politician heads the far-right opposition Confederation of the Polish Crown party. He ran in last year’s Polish presidential election, finishing fourth in a result many saw as [surprisingly strong](https://tvpworld.com/90598147/party-of-far-right-grzegorz-braun-hits-third-place-in-voter-support) given the controversy surrounding him.

How far back does his polish ancestry go? Cause that’s a wild take considering how many poles were killed and/or starved/displaced by the reich. He’d had to have an older family member that at some point slapped him in the head for being ignorant no?

A Polish “nationalist” openly denying a factual genocide (partly) against his nation goes to show how much these self-labeled countrymen actually care about their country.

It’s so sad people still believe in bullshit like this. Really makes you think. It’s so well documented and horrifying.

How can a polish person deny the holocaust? It literally happened in Poland. Polish people were killed.
