And yes, indeed, more and more Russians are considering the option of buying an apartment in Minsk. They are interested in either comfortable new buildings or secondary comfort-class buildings. So far the share of foreigners is still the same 3–4%. There is no relocation. But it may happen that the share of Russian buyers will increase to 10% in the summer.
