    Spain is at 83.3% of dammed water, but the contrast between the north and the southeast is brutal


    I have been looking at the data on reservoirs in Spain and the contrast between areas has caught my attention.

    Although the national data is high, when you go down to the basin/province level there are quite strong differences, especially between the north and the southeast.

    Is this being noticed where you live?

      En Almería se riega con pozos o agua desalada. Los embalses son un bonus en ciertas zonas supongo. Pero esto ha sido siempre así, estamos hablando de la zona con menos precipitaciones anuales de toda Europa.
