Victims of Epstein *and friends*, like his brother.

Why would they meet with him and not the Home Secretary though?

Not meeting the victims, doesn’t make the Royal families role in their abuse go away. Epstein used his connections to elevate his position, and Andrew & Sarah benefitted from him to their own nefarious ends, too. The queen knew what was going on, and hoped her status could protect the family. He should meet them, apologise for what happened, and help the prosecutors with their questions.

I mean, I feel nothing but sympathy for the victims, but why would he meet them?
Like, he’s not responsible himself in any way.

Him not meeting them will be a governmental decision and a massive conflict of interest. Allows the judiciary to do their business with no fan fair.
Needless to say Andrew should be in a prison cell.

Duh? He’d be a Mad King to set down for tea with them. Who has that many small spoons?

Now why would he want to go and do a thing like that I wonder

The purpose of the visit to the US would be to shore up what remains of good relations with the US Government, however awful the present administration is. I can only imagine meeting Epstein victims would cause Trump to hit the roof

“Epstein victims” is a weird way of describing sexual abuse survivors of his own brother

Why should he meet them? Epstein was American and that is where victims should be meeting perpetrators.
Just because the King’s brother is accused of offences which have yet to result in charges is not a reason to go all performative because, y’know, it’s the right thing to do.

Props to him for not entertaining the Epstein circus
Whatever started with genuine intentions to support victims kind of went out the window when they decided to buy a Super Bowl advert, now it’s just performative Yank conspiracy theatrics.

Why would he?
It would result in a PR disaster (footage of the king being bombarded with questions about why didn’t stop his brother etc) and there’s nothing that he can do or say that will make what happened to them any better.
I don’t think this is some serious problem, just a pragmatic approach. They were trafficked by an American to an island owned by an American. I’ve not read the files so I don’t know all of the names of the accused abusers etc, but Andrew wasn’t the only one, so I’m not sure why the king is being singled out.
I better there are Irish people in that file so why didn’t the victims want a meeting with the taoiseach the other week?

Trump met some of the victims decades ago, the King can ask him.

Of course he did. He operates with impunity the same way his brother did until he was sacrificed. They’re all nonces and do as they please. Same as all the wealthy and elite. They consider themselves above the people who put them where they are. Unfortunately society has become so dumb and easily manipulated that they’ve been proven they can operate without consequences.

He should also be rejecting a meeting with the alleged abuser in the pic.

Fair enough, but he also shouldn’t be meeting with Epstein’s clients either.
