This is just pure Nino Katamadze original scat style. She could have started from another song but hard to tell, its a fairly basic chord progression.

Edit: one of her best known/most performed covers of a Georgian folk song is “Akh turpav turpav” and this could potentially be her improv after starting from that, it sounds close to the key she usually performs that in.
