Report it to TfNSW complaints form. The form website is absolute dogshit, used to be worse if you can believe it. Here’s the link to the complaints form. Select “Didn’t find your answer? Send us your feedback” and it should take you to a page showing the buttons Issue Question Complaint Suggestion Compliment. Pick Complaint or Issue (I usually use complaint), then pick On-board, and *finally* you’ll get to a form where you can put in a complaint and describe what train, what car, etc etc.
The form used to be very 2006 internet and it wasn’t optimised for mobile screens but at least they didn’t put you through layers of rigmarole to find the damn thing.
