Channel Corporation, which operates the artificial intelligence (AI) business messenger “Channel Talk,” and Letter, a company specializing in artificial intelligence transition (AX), announced on the 30th that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to support their customer company “AI Native.”

Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate on △AI native business model development △ securing new sales opportunities △ solution integration and optimization. AI native refers to a state in which productivity is maximized by internalizing AI as a basic premise in work processes and decision-making structures, going beyond the concept of simply using AI.

Channel Corporation plans to cooperate with Letters to support the introduction of AI solutions specialized in each area, such as business development, recruitment, and marketing, as well as customer counseling (CX) if needed. In addition to Channel Talk AI agent ‘Alf’, Generative AI tools such as cursor and Claude code will be designed to be used according to the corporate environment.

Based on more than 300 AX project experiences, Letser supports practical business automation for commerce companies. It customizes essential tasks for commerce operation, such as linking exchange and refund systems, creating detailed pages, and managing inventory.

Daewoong Pharmaceutical, which is considered a representative case of AX for joint participation between the two companies, introduced Alf for customized product counseling considering the presence or absence of a customer’s disease and lifestyle. In order to provide reliable information, data from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety were linked with an application interface (API), and it was designed not to overdo product recommendations when professional judgment was required. Currently, about 94.2% of Alf solves on his own without a counselor connection.

“We recognize the necessity of introducing AI, but there are still many companies that cannot find specific ways in the implementation stage,” said Lee Kyung-hoon, vice president of Channel Corporation. “Through cooperation with LETCER, we will support customers to push for company-wide AX beyond counseling and lead to results after introduction.”

“Channel Talk is a proven platform trusted by more than 200,000 companies in 22 countries around the world, and has established an unrivaled position in customer counseling,” said Shim Kyu-hyun, CEO of Letser. “We expect Letser’s marketing and operational automation capabilities to meet Channel Talk’s strong infrastructure and create results that commerce companies can immediately experience in practice.”
