In Path B of the UEFA World Cup qualifiers, Sweden and Poland will play each other at the Path B Final for a direct spot in the 2026 World Cup.
Sweden and Poland won their respective semifinals in Path B. Sweden eliminated Ukraine, and Poland eliminated Albania.

Sweden defeated Ukraine 3-1 away from home to reach this stage of the World Cup qualifiers. Viktor Gyokeres scored a hat trick to beat Ukraine 3-1 at the Estadio Ciudad de Valencia in Valencia, Spain.
Poland were at home when they played Albania and went 1-0 down in the first half through a goal from Arber Hoxha.
In the second half, Poland completed the comeback with goals from Robert Lewandowski and Piotr Zielinski.
