I don’t see the point in introducing tougher laws when really the laws in place are fine. Just get the cops to wait at the coleworths in Manly and load every single “e-bike” into a trailer. The ones I’ve seen are all illegal and I can’t imagine parents will keep buying them if they’re confiscated.
Even that seems like an epic waste of police time.
