Always dread this time of year. Gonna see about shifting my start and end times back an hour, i need my afternoon sunlight at the end of the day (no matter how brief it is)

Edit: also, change your smoke alarm and car keyfob batteries!

  2. Oh god is it This weekend? I didn’t even know. Thanks for the heads up. I guess an extra hour of Easter Day is nice. Getting dark by 6 pm won’t be so nice

  3. Finally!

It’s been rubbish having to wake up at 6am and it’s pitch black. Throws my whole rhythm out, walking around like a zombie til almost lunch time.

I see people not liking the earlier nights, but they work for me lol, tucked in at home, doing home stuff at 6pm. Cozy AF.

  4. Why do they call it daylight savings if I can’t build up any interest on the deposit

I’m going to go against the trend and say I like the early sunset.

  6. Daylight savings should be permanent.

I don’t care about getting up in the dark, but leaving work in the dark is absolutely miserable.

What happens if you working an 8 hour shift? Does it become a 9 hr shift?

  8. upside of clocks going back – extra hour of sleep

downside – cats demanding breakfast didn’t get the memo

Opposite happens in October – lose an hour of sleep, but cats will be an hour behind. Unfortunately their body clocks adjust faster than mine so it’s a moot point
