    1. As a foreigner, I got to know about Bärlauch from a colleague and foraged some few weeks ago, for the first time in my life. Made some pesto out of it.

      It’s Bärlauchpesto time! I also like Butter.

      I live in Hirschhorn near Heidelberg and it grows everywhere.

    3. Butter. Bärlauchbutter, and I freeze it as a roll, so every BBQ gets a nice slice of that.

      Bärlauch butter/pesto is probably the classic answer, but honestly I like it most just chopped into cream cheese or mixed into scrambled eggs
      Also really good in a simple pasta with butter and parmesan

    6. Made myself a huge block of garlic butter to put in the freezer and munch on for the rest of the year. Had some left over so I mixed it with Feta and made Blätterteig rolls.
