It’s a setup by a youtuber
I think by the tone it’s self explanatory… basically “What are you doing?” and “You stood in the walkway”
Pretty sure I’ve seen videos like this recreated in many countries.

Most cars automatically lock the doors when you drive away, so I would say this is a set up bit.

Starts with saying let’s go to the dog. As he gets in the car, the drivers like “what you doing, guy(literally guest but not meant like we do lol)?!” To which he responds “crossing the stripes, you stopped on the crossing!”. Then says whaddup to someone. Great interaction, makes me miss Poland lol
