Does anyone know where this picture is from?

I bought a pictureframe online and in the back were two cutouts from a finnish newspaper of some sort. I liked the pictures so much I want to frame them – but want to see if I can find the originals for a higher quality print.

Does anybody recognize this picture or have any idea who might have shot it?
